HGV driver employment in Poland + every qualification handled
A non-EU driver can drive C+E for a Polish company once they hold a valid licence, Kod 95, a tachograph driver card, current medicals and a lawful basis to work. For international haulage the carrier also needs a driver attestation (świadectwo kierowcy) from GITD, issued for up to 5 years. Kod 95 through accelerated initial qualification is available from age 21. We put these documents into one plan: licence exchange from 1,800 PLN, driver card 500 PLN plus the PWPW fee.

Prawo jazdy kat. C+E
No licence yet - we run it from scratch: cat. C then C+E. CIS licence - we exchange it for a Polish one (wymiana prawa jazdy). C+E from age 21.

Kod 95 - accelerated initial qualification
Without kwalifikacja wstępna przyspieszona (accelerated initial qualification, 140h, from 21 for C/C+E) you cannot drive commercially. We pick an OSK with a Russian-speaking instructor and run it to the "95" entry on your licence.

Karta kierowcy (the tachograph driver card)
A digital karta kierowcy is mandatory for the tachograph on the road. We issue it via PWPW - without it no carrier will send you out.

Medical + psychotechnika
Cat. 2 medical for professional drivers and a psychotechnika assessment with an accredited psychologist. We book both for one morning.

Work legalisation
For UA/BY/MD/AM - the simplified oświadczenie o powierzeniu pracy (work-entrustment declaration, up to 24 months). For international goods transport the carrier needs a świadectwo kierowcy (driver attestation, SK1) from GITD - we help obtain it.

ADR optional
ADR (dangerous-goods) certification is optional but noticeably raises the rate. We advise when it pays off and arrange the course.
